After days of wandering, he faced a group of mischievous fairies who challenged him to a riddle contest for entry into their hidden glade.
Elior, clever and resourceful, won their favor by answering: 'What has keys but can't open locks?' The fairies led him deeper into the woods where he discovered a glittering portal leading to the next stage of his quest. With newfound allies and magical tokens, Elior ventured forth with renewed determination.
As the sun set on another day, a sudden storm blew in, leaving Elior lost but not deterred. He sought shelter under an old tree, only to find it was actually a giant's root. The tree spoke, revealing its wisdom to guide Elior through the final challenge. Armed with this guidance and his wits, courage, and magic tokens from the fairies, he ascended Mount Thunderbolt, encountering traps and illusions set by the dragon's cunning.
With trembling hands, Elior claimed the Golden Amulet for himself. The raven appeared beside him, circling once before taking flight to deliver the news that Elior had completed his quest and would soon return home as a hero.
